[set to the doogie howser theme]

for some reason, we decided to send a million postcards from prague. so after we checked out of our hostel, it was straight to the post office. 20 bucks and no breakfast money later, we were off to the train station.

so long, prague. we loved you so.

our 5 hour train to nuremberg was crappy. mostly because we were starving and thirsty and entirely unprepared. and there was no dining car. (!!!) prinzing tip #1: buy all countries you travel through for eurail pass. prinzing tip #2: don't travel without food and drink.

thank god we had a 1/2 of bagel from last night's brinner. best 1/4 bagel of our respective lives.

when we got to nuremberg, we caught our first glimpse of lederhosen. WUNDERBAR!!!!!!! made our connection to the swank german train and quickly arrived in munich....where there was even more lederhosen and a lot of drunk oktoberfest revelers. we couldn't wait to be one of them.

but that was for tomorrow. tonight, we were off to the 'burbs of munich. jenn didn't realize until we arrived at the hotel that "econtel" wasn't some foreign word. it was short for economy hotel. waaahhhh, wahhhhh.

before bed, we went across the way and had (ironically) some of the best antipasto we've ever had. our waitress was super sweet and asked us, of course, about politics. she asked if we liked bush and then called hilary a female hitler. ("a woman should do this, and a woman should do that.") ha!

PS - believe it or not, we didn't take one single picture today.
